NEVADA GLOBAL TRADE CENTER PROJECT DELAYED
Tradeco International Sites Economic Crisis Tuesday, May 8, 2009 Las Vegas, Nev. – Tradeco International Export-Import Industries Development Association announced today that it has postponed its 50,000-square foot Nevada Global Trade Center project, which was planned to begin operations mid/late 2009, due to the current economic climate and the nearly complete freeze in the world's lending market. Managed by Am-Pac Valencia Associates, the international export-import center is going to come to fruition when the economic crisis subsides. "We're excited about our future trade center and ready to make it happen." said Pat Arcuri, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for Tradeco International. "What's obviously not ready to go right now is the world economy. As long as the economy is slow and there is tight lending, our vendors would have to hold product few can afford to immediately buy." The Nevada Global Trade Center is planned to be a Nevada international trade development and business incubation enterprise for small to medium, new to market and marketing extension for companies and individuals seeking to do domestic and international commerce in and from the Freeport State of Nevada. Featuring both a retail and wholesale showroom and distribution, the center will offer domestic and international non-perishable specialty/ethnic food products and selected culinary wares, spirits/wines, deli foods, consumer goods and services, furniture and home furnishings, arts/crafts/collectibles, and specialty shops. Prospective tenants of the center include 20 plus Nevada Honorary Consular Corps, 25 Utah Consular Corps, 50 California Consular Corps and western state Consular Corps, and 25 Las Vegas ethnic and professional non-profit associations. Tradeco International provides the following services to its member clients: manufacturers representation, distributions, import, export, marketing and sales, internet marketing and positioning, coordination of trade shows for your products in Las Vegas, NV and Long Beach/Los Angeles, CA, foreign trade/duty free zone facilities, product display shops, establishment of overseas agencies and translation services. In addition, Tradeco International provides service providers including feasibility studies, business and strategic planning, project management and coordination, marketing studies (including strategies and pricing), freight traffic analysis, cost/benefit analysis, organizational analysis and negotiations for transportation services and rates. Please refer this information to companies and individuals interested in exploring marketing their products domestically or globally through Tradeco International.
